Delete your Periodly account and data

Developer: Zubair Ahmed Khan · Contact: appzubair@gmail.com

Periodly is an offline-first app. All of your data — teachers, classes, subjects, timetables, and your Google account profile (email and name) — is stored only on your device. There is no server-side account or remote backup.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Periodly on your device.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm the action.

This will:

Delete by uninstalling the app

You can also uninstall Periodly from your device. This removes the entire local database with it. After uninstall, revoke Periodly's OAuth access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions → find PeriodlyRemove access.

What is deleted

What is retained

Periodly does not store data on remote servers, so there is nothing to retain server-side after deletion. The only exception is anonymous crash reports sent via Sentry during normal app use; these contain no personal data and are retained by Sentry per their standard policy (typically 90 days). They cannot be tied back to you after the in-app deletion has occurred.

Need help? If you cannot complete the in-app deletion for any reason, email appzubair@gmail.com with the subject "Periodly account deletion" and we will confirm by reply within 7 days.
